This is our "first date", where we get to know each other! Start your healthy hair journey with a full consultation and customized care. We’ll assess the current condition of your hair, talk through your goals, and explore the best options for your texture and lifestyle. This service includes a consultation, any necessary pre-treatments, shampoo, conditioning treatment, blow dry, precise trim, and a style tailored just for you. Perfect for first-timers—this appointment gives us a fresh, clean slate to build a healthy, consistent haircare routine moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
RETAINER & CANCELLATION POLICY RETAINERS A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. This retainer reserves your specific date and time. The retainer will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. If you cancel, the retainer is not refunded and may only be transferred under the conditions outlined below. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING ⏰ 48+ Hours’ Notice -Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more before the scheduled time. -Your retainer may be transferred one (1) time to a future appointment date. -No refunds are issued for retainers. ⏰ 24–48 Hours’ Notice Cancellations: -The retainer is forfeited, and a new retainer is required to book again. Reschedules: -The retainer is forfeited, and a new retainer is required to rebook. ⏰ Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice Cancellations: -The full service amount will be charged. -The retainer is forfeited. Reschedules: -The retainer is forfeited. -A new retainer is required to secure a new appointment. NO-CALL/NO SHOW -No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full service amount. -New clients** who no-call/no-show will not be eligible to book future appointments. GRACE CLAUSE 🧡 I understand that life happens. In the event of an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please communicate with me as soon as possible. While retainers remain non-refundable, I will always do my best to work with you when communication is timely and respectful.
